科佳（长兴）模架制造有限公司（以下简称科佳模架）是一家专业生产压铸模架和模具钢销售为主的企业。公司成立于1984年，现有员工420余人，拥有数控加工中心和各类机加工设备200余台。科佳模架打通产品上下游配套，形成从锻造-热处理-粗加工-精加工整个产业链贯通，成为全国领先的大型模具模架生产厂家。

海天精工高架龙门五面体铣削中心具有加工复杂型面高速高精的特性，适用于大型模具曲面、多角度深腔槽孔类模具、大中型汽车覆盖件量检具加工等领域。在科佳模架，海天精工设备用于生产新能源汽车前桥、后桥、电池盒等模架，通过侧铣头协助，一次性完成五个面加工，斜角能通过一次装夹完成，生产出来的产品精度达到一次性合格，且光洁度高。除此之外，使用海天精工的设备后，加工工时远远提前，效率令人满意。

On May 23rd, local time, coinciding with the third anniversary of Haitian Die Casting’s successful entry into the European market, Haitian Die Casting held the “Casting the Future” Open House event in Brescia, Italy. The event attracted over 50 professional die casting customers and received enthusiastic feedback. Haitian Die Casting showcased several advanced die casting machines, providing a direct interactive exchange platform.

At the event, Haitian Die Casting presented an automated die casting island centered around the HDC450/RTC, along with multiple advanced die casting machines, including the standard HDC350 and HDC550 models, as well as the high-performance HDC700/RTC and HDC1650/RTC machines.

These die casting machines are equipped with state-of-the-art intelligent control systems, enabling seamless coordination with diverse peripheral equipment and MES digital factories. March 16th (local time), Malaysia Technical Application Center of Haitian Precision was officially inaugurated and commenced operations with an opening ceremony held in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park in Penang State. Haitian Precision’s Deputy General Manager Zhang Hao, Southeast Asia Regional Director Le Qi, Malaysian local partners, and other guests attended the ceremony. Datuk Law Choo Kiang, the Speaker of the Penang State Assembly, also attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Mr. Law Choo Kiang stated that Batu Kawan, as an important production base of semiconductor manufacturing and medical equipment in Malaysia, has a significant impact on Southeast Asia and even the global stage. The entry of Haitian Precision will promote the enhancement of local manufacturing capabilities, accelerate economic growth, and is beneficial for the joint development of both parties. The Malaysian side will also spare no effort to support Haitian Precision with policy conveniences.
