As CHINAPLAS 2026 concludes its four-day run, the momentum at the Haitian International booth remained strong until the final hour. We thank every customer, partner, and friend who visited us on site.

At CHINAPLAS 2026, Haitian International presented more than machines. Under the theme “Level Up! Your Advantage”, we showcased a broader ecosystem vision across three dimensions—machine technology, digitalization, and ecosystem—highlighting capabilities that span hydraulic and electric technologies, standalone machines and complete lines, equipment and digital intelligence, as well as hardware delivery and long-term capability.

On the machine side, the MA5/Ultra had its world premiere, demonstrating stable performance in a complex home appliance multi-cavity insert molding application. The JU5500V presented a microcellular foamed engine cover solution for large structural parts, highlighting long-term production reliability. In the drone sector, Zhafir and Niigata, together with industrial robots, delivered a fully integrated solution covering blade molding, blade clip molding, and automated assembly. Running steadily throughout the show, these solutions demonstrated Haitian’s ability to support demanding production scenarios.

On the digital side, the global debut of X-Injection Molding Cloud marked a new step in turning Haitian’s process expertise into AI-powered capability. From first-shot process recommendation and real-time risk alerts to reusable AI models built from expert know-how, the platform is helping trasform the industry from experience-driven production to AI-driven manufacturing. Already deployed at leading companies, X-Injection Molding Cloud is delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality stability.

On the ecosystem side, Haitian Smart Solutions and Haitian Education showcased a broader support system. The Injection Molding Island from Haitian Solutions connects standalone machines with production lines, while Haitian Education’s unique “Blue-Gold Collar” training model helps customers build a sustainable pipeline of highly skilled talent. Together , they form a complete closed loop of equipment+systems+talent.

Whether through system integration or talent development, Haitian is taking a more systematic approach to solve customers’ most pressing challenges.

On April 21, CHINAPLAS 2026 officially opened at the NECC in Shanghai. Haitian International made its appearance at Booth 5.1C32 under the theme “Level Up! Your Advantage”, showcasing lifecycle solutions for future-ready manufacturing across three key dimensions: machine technology, smart technology and ecosystem.

The first day saw an overwhelming turnout, with crowds filling the aisles and surging through the Haitian International booth.

When the core performance of injection molding machines has become an industry standard, market attention is shifting from the efficiency and cost of a single machine to the efficiency and cost of the entire production process.

This year, Haitian International is designed to respond precisely to this shift in customer expectations.

A major highlight on day one was the world premiere of Haitian International’s new fifth-generation flagship model, the MA1600V/570Ultra.

Designed to meet the growing demands of high-end manufacturing, the MA5/Ultra demonstrated a multi-cavity insert molding solution for the home appliance industry, built around five key strengths: speed, precision, efficiency, versatility, and intelligence. The machine stood out for its fast response, precise control, energy-saving performance, broad process adaptability, and intelligent service capabilities—making it one of the busiest areas on the show floor.

Solutions for the automotive and 3C industries also attracted strong interest.

The JU5500V/3450 presented an automotive application using a micro-opening, mark-free physical foaming process to produce a microcellular foamed engine cover on site. The solution highlighted Haitian’s long-term stability in producing large structural parts, as well as its integrated capabilities across process, automation, and data systems.

In another live demonstration, Zhafir ZE1900VM-210hu/V80hs worked together with Niigata MDVR75 to deliver an automated production cell for drone blades and blade clips. The solution combined precision, speed, and consistency in a fully integrated setup, offering a compelling view of the future of unmanned production for 3C and precision manufacturing applications.

From stable molding to automated integration, Haitian International addressed real needs across different industries. What the visitors saw was more than equipment—it was a practical path toward production line upgrade.

At the interactive X-Injection Molding Cloud wall, Haitian demonstrated its self-developed “AI + Injection Molding” intelligent solution. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and a native edge-to-machine coupling architecture, this “external AI brain” enables the practical implementation of AI in injection molding on a global scale.

At Chinaplas 2026, Haitian Smart Solutions also presented a complete “Injection Molding Island”. By connecting the injection molding machine and auxiliary equipment through a single interface, The Injection Molding Island brings visibility and coordination to the spaces between individual machines—where line-level efficiency is often won or lost. For visitors planning intelligent upgrades across entire production lines, the value of system-wide collaboration is redefining what efficiency really means.

On April 20, Haitian officially lauched its 2026 Factory Open Week. A key highlight of the event was the inauguration of the Haitian Machinery Global Application Center at Ningbo headquarters, which marks a major milestone as Haitian celebrates its 60th anniversary.

In his opening remarks, Zhang Bin, CEO of Haitian Group, said the open week across Ningbo, Shanghai, and Suzhou showcases that Haitian is deeply rooted in intelligent manufacturing, focused on specialized industries, and committed to growing alongside customer needs. He noted that the Global Application Center is not just a new facility, but a new commitment to value co-creation. As Haitian enters this next stage of growth, the company will continue to enhance its products and services, partnering with customers to shape a more efficient, intelligent, and sustainable manufacturing future.

Xiang Linfa, Chief Operating Officer of Haitian Machinery (Overseas), added that backed by 60 years of manufacturing expertise, Haitian has developed a coordinated 6+1+1 industrial ecosystem—anchored by six manufacturing sectors, one platform, and one ecosystem—supported by a global manufacturing and service network. Haitian is accelerating its shift from equipment supply to full-chain capability building, integrating people, machines, materials, methods, and environment to empower customers. As a key strategic platform, the Global Application Center will help connect the industrial chain, strengthen collaboration, and support ecosystem development—creating a stronger foundation for high-quality, efficient, and sustainable production.

A new platform for global manufacturing

In Ningbo, visitors will experience Haitian’s manufacturing strength at the source. With a total production footprint of around one million square meters, the the tour in Ningbo plants highlights Haitian’s strengths in large-scale production, intelligent manufacturing, application development and industrial collaboration.

A major highlight in Ningbo will be the official opening of the Haitian Machinery Global Application Experience Center. Created as a platform for the global market, it is designed to support technical exchange and application-focused solution development across industries, processes and production scenarios. During the event, Haitian will also present more than 60 application scenarios, covering advanced molding technologies, AI-enabled and intelligent technologies, and industrial talent development.

 

Shanghai: From Machines to Systems at Chinaplas 2026

In parallel, Haitian’s presentation at Chinaplas in Shanghai focuses on market-oriented solutions and industry-specific applications.  Across an exhibition space of 800 square meters, the group integrates its core divisions, including injection molding machines, drive systems and smart automation solutions. As a new Ultra version of the fifth machine generation, it expands the MA5 platform specifically toward higher precision, greater stability, improved energy efficiency, and intelligent process support. At the booth, the machine will produce cooling fans for the home appliance industry in a multi-cavity insert molding application with a cycle time of 35 seconds. This application stands for high process stability, consistent part quality, and sound process design even under demanding processing conditions. At the same time, it demonstrates the platform’s potential for more advanced Injection Molding+ applications.

 

 

For the automotive sector, Haitian Plastics Machinery will present an application on a JU5500V/3450 for the production of microcellular foamed motor hoods. The process used is physical foam injection molding with micro-opening for low read-through surfaces. This application demonstrates stability and long-term reliability in the processing of large structural parts while also highlighting the close integration of process technology, automation, and data connectivity.

 

For the drone industry, an electric production cell featuring a ZE1900VM-210hu-V80hs from Zhafir Plastics Machinery and an MDVR75 from Niigata Plastics Machinery will be on display. The solution enables the integrated assembly of rotor blades and blade clamps and stands for high output, high repeatability, and reduced-labor to unmanned operation. On March 19, Haitian Plastics Machinery and XPeng Motors successfully held the turnkey injection molding project handover ceremony at the Zhaoqing base. This milestone marks the official launch of their key collaboration in intelligent manufacturing for core new energy vehicle components, taking a solid step forward toward the future of smart manufacturing.

At the ceremony, Xu Bin, Deputy Director of Global Industry Lines at Haitian Plastics Machinery, and Xu Haihui, General Manager of South China Marketing Company, attended alongside Ma Ji, Director of Process Technology at XPeng Motors, and Fan Haibo, Plant Manager of the Resin Factory at the Zhaoqing base. Leaders from both sides gathered for a group photo to mark the occasion.

The delivery includes three Haitian HA3300-22500 injection molding machines, specifically configured for automotive bumper production, precisely aligned with the manufacturing needs of XPeng’s Zhaoqing resin plant.

This batch of Haitian HA-series machines, tailored for the automotive sector, offers multiple core advantages. Delivered as a turnkey injection molding island, the solution is equipped with a Stäubli mold change cart and magnetic platens, enabling one-click automated quick mold change. A 9-station quick-change fixture platform further minimizes downtime and supports flexible production.

The machines are integrated with on-machine automation systems that complete a full range of post-processing steps, including part removal, gate trimming, flame treatment, weighing, and laser marking—achieving a high level of automation and significantly improving production efficiency.

In addition, Haitian’s engineering team designed a clean, high-quality secondary-side layout for water, electricity, and gas systems, while implementing centralized material feeding and centralized exhaust treatment across the plant—ensuring both efficiency and environmental performance.

As a core hub for XPeng’s production capacity and industrial chain, the Zhaoqing base is equipped with five major process workshops and a wide range of intelligent manufacturing systems. On December 29, 2025, Haitian Machinery officially opened its South China Headquarters in Shunde District, Foshan. The launch marks a new step in the company’s domestic dual-center layout, with Ningbo and South China serving as two core hubs, while also signaling a new phase in intelligent manufacturing and global industrial collaboration.

Senior officials from the Foshan Municipal Government and the Shunde District Government attended the event alongside more than 1,200 guests. Participants included customers, distributors, suppliers, media representatives, and management and employee representatives from both the Ningbo and South China operations of Haitian Group.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Haitian’s AI-powered virtual host and brought together government representatives, industry partners, and customers.

Zhang Bin, Haitian Group CEO, noted that the South China Headquarters is a significant part of the company’s domestic dual-center development. The new headquarters integrates R&D, operations, market services, and talent development, with a focus on advanced intelligent equipment and application-driven innovation.

Shen Li, General Manager of Haitian Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., introduced the site in more detail. The South China Headquarters covers over 500 mu, with a planned total investment of RMB 5 billion. After five years of planning and construction, five major production facilities are now in operation, with supporting infrastructure continuing to be completed. Going forward, the site will work closely with the Haitian South China Research Institute and the South China campus of Haitian University to support collaborative innovation and deliver more customized, one-stop intelligent equipment solutions .

 

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Haitian Group Chairman Zhang Jianming, CEO Zhang Bin, Haitian International CEO Zhang Jianfeng and senior executives from across the group jointly marked the official opening of the South China Headquarters.

The launch represents an important milestone for Haitian and establishes a new integrated hub in South China that brings together R&D, manufacturing, and service capabilities to support regional industrial development.

Following the ceremony, guests toured the administrative building, digital exhibition hall, and production workshops, gaining a close look at Haitian’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

The exhibition area featured injection molding machines, CNC machines, servo drives, die casting equipment, laser machinery, and intelligent manufacturing services. A total of 18 injection molding solutions were presented across application areas such as automotive, home appliances, medical, 3C electronics, packaging, logistics, and drones, covering advanced processes including in-mold coating, microcellular foaming, IMR, multi-cavity precision molding, and ultra-high-speed thin-wall injection molding.

In addition, high-precision CNC machining, die casting and magnesium alloy forming, laser cutting and additive manufacturing, intelligent factory solutions, core components, industry–education integration, and specialized equipment were displayed together, demonstrating a complete ecosystem spanning R&D, manufacturing, services, and talent development.

The opening of Haitian Machinery’s South China Headquarters strengthens the company’s local presence in the Greater Bay Area with a more localized presence, closer customer engagement, and stronger resource coordination. As operations ramp up, Haitian will support the delivery of intelligent manufacturing solutions across a wider range of applications.

From August 1 to 2, the Haitian International Medical Industry Technology Center Open Day was successfully held in Suzhou, attracting over 200 industry experts, partners, and customer representatives. With the theme “Breaking Boundaries, Creating Value Together,” the event focused on technological innovation and collaborative applications in the field of medical injection molding. Powered by micro-precision molding technology, this solution completes 4-cavity molding of 2.8g PBT insulin pen plungers and barrels within an 18-second cycle, ensuring precision and efficiency.

A specialized solution for medical-grade PVC, designed for 48-cavity production of 2.08g Y-type 3-way connectors used in blood transfusion sets. With a 20-second cycle time, it enhances the sealing performance of infusion systems while enabling high-throughput manufacturing.

 

Zhafir ZE1900V
With an 8+8 cavity design, this solution produces AS filter housings (top and bottom), each weighing just 2.5g, within a 20-second cycle—enabling precise and efficient matching for filtration devices.

Zhafir ZE2300V
Designed for high-efficiency multi-cavity molding, this system delivers 48-cavity production of 0.58g PP stop rings with a 10-second cycle time, meeting the demands of mass production for micro components.

Zhafir ZE3000V
Live on site, this machine demonstrated the molding of 32-cavity, 20ml syringe barrels using a full hot runner system with dual valve gates. Each part weighs 5.35g and is produced within a 12-second cycle, ensuring excellent precision and concentricity.

Haitian MA2100V/F
Featuring deep-cavity multi-cavity technology, this solution enables high-speed molding of 24-cavity, 1.96g PP syringe barrels in just 10 seconds, offering an optimal balance of performance and cost-efficiency.
