On April 20, Haitian officially lauched its 2026 Factory Open Week. A key highlight of the event was the inauguration of the Haitian Machinery Global Application Center at Ningbo headquarters, which marks a major milestone as Haitian celebrates its 60th anniversary.

In his opening remarks, Zhang Bin, CEO of Haitian Group, said the open week across Ningbo, Shanghai, and Suzhou showcases that Haitian is deeply rooted in intelligent manufacturing, focused on specialized industries, and committed to growing alongside customer needs. He noted that the Global Application Center is not just a new facility, but a new commitment to value co-creation. Xiang Linfa, Chief Operating Officer of Haitian Machinery (Overseas), added that backed by 60 years of manufacturing expertise, Haitian has developed a coordinated 6+1+1 industrial ecosystem—anchored by six manufacturing sectors, one platform, and one ecosystem—supported by a global manufacturing and service network. Haitian is accelerating its shift from equipment supply to full-chain capability building, integrating people, machines, materials, methods, and environment to empower customers. A new platform for global manufacturing

Covering 10,000 square meters, the center brings together six core functions:application display, joint innovation, process validation and testing, integrated solution incubation, training and capability building, and brand and resource collaboration. Its opening further reinforces Haitian’s move from equipment delivery to broader system-level capabilities, turning industrial strengths into practical, scalable value for customers.

Three cities, one immersive open week

From March 26 to 28, the 18th Changchun Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Expo 2026 concluded successfully at the Northeast Asia International Expo Center in Changchun. Centered on the theme “Smart Manufacturing in Changchun, Connecting the Future,” the three-day event aligned closely with the strategy for the full revitalization of Northeast China’s old industrial base, bringing together a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and innovation achievements in advanced equipment manufacturing.

As Changchun accelerates the move of its advanced equipment manufacturing industry toward higher-end and smarter development, backed by its strong industrial clusters in automotive, aerospace, and energy, Haitian Precision brought three flagship machines to the show. Covering five-axis machining, vertical machining, and CNC turning, the lineup fully demonstrated the technological progress and application strength of China’s high-end machine tool industry.

The VFM40 Vertical 5-Axis High-Speed Milling Center stood out as one of the highlights of the exhibition, thanks to its exceptional dynamic response and consistently stable machining accuracy. Featuring a 15,000 rpm high-speed spindle and Haitian Precision’s in-house developed H10 control system as standard, it delivers efficient five-axis machining, significantly shortening cycle times while improving precision consistency. Designed for complex, multi-surface precision parts, it is well suited to applications in civil aviation, medical, semiconductor, optics, and automotive industries, serving as a key enabler for the domestic replacement of high-end components.

Backed by years of proven market performance, the VMC1000II features a highly rigid machine structure that ensures both reliability and stable machining quality. With leading rapid traverse speed and cutting efficiency, it stands out as a versatile performer for general machining applications. The TC200x290 CNC lathe, meanwhile, delivers both rigidity and precision, supporting manufacturers in reducing costs, improving efficiency, and moving toward greener production.

Throughout the exhibition, Haitian Precision’s technical team brought the machines’ capabilities to life through detailed presentations and live cutting demonstrations, vividly demonstrating their excellence in high-efficiency, high-precision machining. On March 22, the 33rd China (Wenzhou) International Industry Expo came to a successful close at the Wenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a key barometer of manufacturing trends in East China and across the country, this year’s event brought together nearly 700 leading exhibitors from China and abroad. Covering 50,000 square meters and featuring six themed exhibition halls, the expo attracted tens of thousands of professional visitors and buyers for on-site exchanges and business discussions.

Wenzhou is not only a cradle of China’s private-sector economy, but also a major national manufacturing base for machinery, automotive components, pumps and valves, electrical equipment, and hardware products. The flagship machines brought by Haitian Precision were closely aligned with the needs of local industrial upgrading, aiming to help Wenzhou manufacturers strengthen their core competitiveness and gain a stronger position in the market through high-end equipment solutions.

The H63TD Horizontal Machining Center was one of the highlights of the exhibition. With strong multi-process machining capability, it can complete boring, milling, drilling, enlarging, reaming, tapping, and other operations in a single setup. It is particularly well suited for the machining of box-type parts in industries such as automotive, civil aviation, and rail transit. Its high machining efficiency and outstanding accuracy retention also attracted strong interest from customers in sectors including oil valves and plastics machinery.

The VMC1000II Vertical Machining Center, one of Haitian Precision’s long-standing bestsellers, demonstrated a high level of machining capability at the show. Built with a high-rigidity machine structure, it ensures stable performance under heavy cutting conditions and is ideally suited to the high-speed, high-precision machining needs of small and medium-sized mechanical parts.

The TC30IIx1000 CNC lathe also stood out with its full hard-guideway structure and high-rigidity ball screw design, delivering excellent performance in the machining of shaft- and disc-type parts. It drew strong interest from customers in Wenzhou’s hardware industry, many of whom requested product information on site and expressed clear purchasing intent.
